This draft describes the current Bozzle Bets MVP. It should be reviewed and updated before adding accounts, cloud storage, analytics, paid AI processing, advertising, or other services that change how data is handled.
What Bozzle Bets currently stores
Most visitors do not need an account. The official Bozzfather publisher account uses Supabase Authentication. Local board/history information may still be stored in the user's browser, while official published Bozzfather targets are stored in Supabase so all visitors can see the same public targets.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted by a third-party web host. Like most web hosts, the host may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, and security data under its own policies.
PrizePicks referral links
When you click a PrizePicks referral link, you leave Bozzle Bets and are subject to PrizePicks' own privacy policy and terms. Bozzle Bets may receive referral credit or compensation if you sign up through the referral link.
Cookies and analytics
The current MVP does not intentionally set advertising cookies or operate its own analytics system. If analytics, advertising, accounts, or cloud services are added later, this policy should be updated before those features are made public.
Your local data
Because current boards and history are stored locally in your browser, clearing site data or browser storage can remove that information. The current MVP does not provide cloud recovery.
Children
Bozzle Bets is not designed for children. Fantasy sports and similar services have age and geographic restrictions that vary by jurisdiction.
Changes
This policy may be updated when Bozzle Bets changes its features, data providers, storage methods, or business model. The effective date should be updated whenever a material change is made.

Smart Screenshot images
When Smart Screenshot is used, the selected image is resized in the browser and sent through Bozzle’s server-side vision endpoint to OpenAI for structured text extraction. Bozzle uses store:false for the Responses API request and does not intentionally save the uploaded screenshot in the site’s local board history. Extracted prop rows can be saved if you confirm them.
Bozzfather email list
If you join the Bozzfather email list, Bozzle stores your email address, signup source, consent time and delivery-sync status in its own subscriber database. An email service such as Mailchimp may later be used to deliver messages, but Bozzle keeps the subscriber record so a provider limit or provider change does not erase the signup. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails when delivery is enabled.
