Free accounts and saved records

Account authentication is handled by Supabase. We store your account email and the Prospects, Paper Picks history and draft tickets you choose to save. Passwords are handled by the authentication service; they are not stored in Bozzle’s application records.

Cloud records are associated with your account and access rules restrict them to that account. A device cache helps preserve pending saves. Guest records stay separate until you choose to import them. Signing out does not delete your account’s device cache; avoid shared browsers for private records and clear site data after confirming cloud sync if needed.

Account signup does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Prospects and practice records can be exported from the Account page. League records are separate: view them in League ticket history or contact support to request an export. Clearing Paper Picks history or Prospects also updates the account when sync succeeds. Self-service account deletion is not available in this release.

What Bozzle Bets currently stores

You can browse without an account. Free member accounts and the separate publisher account use Supabase Authentication. Account Prospects, Paper Picks history and drafts sync to private account storage. Official published Bozzfather targets remain public.

Hosting and technical data

The site is hosted by a third-party web host. Like most web hosts, the host may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, and security data under its own policies.

External links

External websites have their own privacy policies and terms. Bozzle does not connect to third-party gaming accounts.

Cookies and analytics

The current MVP does not intentionally set advertising cookies or operate its own analytics system. Future changes to data handling will require an updated notice.

Your local data

Guest records, imported boards and unsynced edits can be lost if browser data is cleared. Signed-in users can recover successfully synced Prospects, Paper Picks history and drafts by signing into the same account. Imported analysis boards and bankroll settings are not part of account sync in this release.

Children

Bozzle Bets is not designed for children. Fantasy sports and similar services have age and geographic restrictions that vary by jurisdiction.

Changes

This policy may be updated when Bozzle Bets changes its features, data providers, storage methods, or business model. The effective date should be updated whenever a material change is made.

Optional image import

Images are processed only when you choose Scan. The selected image is resized in your browser and sent through Bozzle’s server to OpenAI for extraction. Bozzle does not save source images in its database or browser storage. The local preview is held in memory and cleared after successful extraction, when you select Clear, or when the page closes. Confirmed extracted rows can be saved.

OpenAI processes the image under its applicable data policies. Bozzle requests no stored API response; this is not a promise of zero retention by the processing provider. Do not submit sensitive or unrelated personal information.

Bozzfather email list

If you join the Bozzfather email list, Bozzle stores your email address, signup source, consent time and delivery-sync status in its own subscriber database. An email service such as Mailchimp may later be used to deliver messages, but Bozzle keeps the subscriber record so a provider limit or provider change does not erase the signup. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails when delivery is enabled.

Bozzle League records

Joining the League creates a server-side public handle, monthly BB wallet, accepted ticket history and scoring audit records. Your chosen handle, season statistics and digital honors may appear on public standings and the Hall of Bozz. Your email address is not published on those pages. Personal ticket history is returned only to the signed-in owner by the League API. Do not include personal information in your handle. Browser storage is not the authority for League balances. Contact support@bozzlebets.com for account or data requests.

Flex Tracker dollar log

Flex Tracker stores your starting bankroll, stakes, results, payout settings and notes in this browser. Main and Test mode are separate. This log is not sent to your Bozzle account, League or the Model Ledger. Signing out does not clear it. Export a backup before clearing site data or changing devices, and avoid recording private details on a shared browser. Reset and restore keep one local recovery copy; clearing site data removes that copy too.
