1. Research and entertainment only

Bozzle Bets provides statistical tools, organizational tools, model outputs, and educational information. It does not guarantee winning picks, profits, or any particular accuracy rate.

2. No wagering service

Bozzle Bets does not accept wagers, hold wagering funds, place entries on your behalf, or operate a sportsbook or daily fantasy sports contest. Any decision to use a third-party platform is your own decision and occurs outside Bozzle Bets.

3. Model outputs are uncertain

Predictions are estimates based on available inputs, assumptions, models, and data. Sports outcomes are uncertain. Players can be injured, benched, limited, ejected, affected by game flow, or perform outside historical ranges. Data can also be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or misunderstood.

4. No promise of a 70% win rate

Any displayed probability is a model estimate, not a promise. Historical hit rates may change over time and do not guarantee future performance. Bozzle Bets may choose to PASS rather than recommend a side.

5. You are responsible for your decisions

You are solely responsible for reviewing information, deciding whether to use it, confirming the accuracy of imported lines, complying with applicable laws and platform rules, and deciding whether to risk money.

6. Age and location restrictions

You must comply with the minimum age, location, identity, and eligibility rules of any third-party fantasy sports or gaming platform you use. Availability varies by jurisdiction and can change.

7. Third-party services

References or links to PrizePicks, DraftKings, sports-data providers, or other companies do not imply ownership or control. Their services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, rules, eligibility requirements, and promotions.

8. Referral disclosure

Some links may be referral or compensated links. If you sign up through those links, Bozzle Bets may receive referral credit or compensation. Referral relationships do not change the model's underlying PICK/PASS calculation.

9. Data and import accuracy

You must verify imported information before relying on it. Parsing and automated extraction can make mistakes. Bozzle Bets provides a Review & Confirm step specifically because imported names, stat types, lines, and other fields can be incorrect.

10. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bozzle Bets is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, or suitable for a particular wagering decision.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bozzle Bets and its operator are not responsible for wagering losses, lost profits, reliance on model outputs, third-party platform actions, data outages, incorrect imported data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations may not apply in full.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use Bozzle Bets to violate law, bypass third-party restrictions, scrape or automate access to services in violation of their terms, interfere with the site, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.

13. Intellectual property

Bozzle, Bozzle Bets branding, original graphics, site design, text, and software may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Changes and availability

Features, models, thresholds, supported sports, pricing, and data sources may change. Bozzle Bets may suspend or discontinue features at any time.

15. Contact and governing terms

Before public launch, add the operator's legal business/contact information and have counsel add appropriate governing-law, dispute-resolution, and any required state-specific provisions.
